Advanced Measuring What Matters for Social Sector Leaders: Jun 21, 2017
Wed, June 21, 2017, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM EDT
Now that you've learned the basics of measuring what really matters...
It's time to dig in and refine your initial rubric into one that is a great fit for your organization. We'll take the tools you tried out in the Basic or Community workshop and actually build a customized rubric that is tightly tied to your organization's culture, purpose, and values.
Registration for this workshop is restricted to those who have taken either the Basic or Community Measuring What Matters Workshop -- or permission of the instructor. We won't spend much time on theory or introduction to the toolkit...we're getting right to work!
In this workshop, you will:
Identify what truly matters in your organization’s performance;
Develop your own measurement of success scale that resonates with your organization; and
Combine those things that matter and those measures of success into a customized rubric to energize your organization’s performance and make informed decisions.
Strengthen your rubric through peer critique and inquiry.
Discuss ways to integrate your rubric with your current assessment tools and decision-making processes.
At the end of the workshop, you'll take home a "just for you" rubric with the knowledge to continue development of your own performance excellence toolkit.
