Outlaw Country's advanced lifts class is designed to increase strength, endurance and flexibility when executing lifts. Students will be participating in exercises that focus on the correct muscles needed to perform lifts properly. Lifts learnt in this class can be done on their own or as a compliment to country swing dancing. Teaching safety and ensuring proper technique will be the foundation of this class and every lift taught in it. We encourage a very open and supportive atmosphere centered on becoming more skilled and having fun doing it.
Each lesson will focus on building strength and confidence for each individual maneuver to ensure that you can accomplish the lifts to the best of your abilities.
This class is meant to be a workout, so get ready to sweat and have fun!
This is a 5-week program, with classes running from 8:30pm - 10:00pm:
