This course is currently full.


This five day course is designed to take experienced operators to the next level beyond the Basic Level Course offered Spring and Fall by GMWEA. Wastewater treatment will be covered in detail focusing heavily on the activated sludge process. These classes will assist operators in taking the Grade 3, 4, and 5 Wastewater Exams.

This course will take place on July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30, and August 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00

Course books will be provided. This class is eligible for 30 Wastewater TCHs (acutal hours based on attendance).


Course Proctor: Wayne Graham, Vermont Rural Water Association

Instructors:

Eric Wahlberg - Operator, Engineer, and PHD. Eric has written and presented extensively and is a nationally renowned expert in primary and secondary clarifiers and activated sludge process control. Having worked extensively at agencies all over California for going on 30 years, Eric very likely has first-hand knowledge of the workings of your plant.
