Description

This course is created for leaders to learn self-awareness skills that will transform the way they lead their team, how to implement change effectively and maintain sustainability for positive, long-lasting results. The class is a total of 6 days, broken up into 2-day sessions for three consecutive months at a regional location. This class should be taken by the owner first and then followed by RPh, management, and other key employees.

The theme for the program is Conscious Change for an Inspired Life -Your Mind Creates Your Reality and the program is broken down into three modules.

  • Module 1: June 1-2, 2018

  • Module 2: July 13-14, 2018

  • Module 3: August 10-11, 2018

Who should attend: Pharmacy Owners and Managers

Requirements & Logistics:

  • The program consists of three modules. Signing up for the program is automatically signing up for all three modules and you must attend all three, since each module builds on the next. Each module is a combination of a two-day workshop followed by two-web-based classes plus one coaching call.

  • These one-hour, web-based classes are mandatory and a critical part of solidifying and applying the learnings from each workshop.
