Description

The last in our advanced summer series. We'll go over the principles of tempering chocolate with SRSLY Chocolate owner, Bob Williamson.Join us at CRAFT Austin on Friday, May 5th from from 6-8pm for an evening of advanced chocolate making! This class will focus on tempering chocolate, the last step in chocolate making. We'll learn about different tempering methods and their use in chocolate and confectionery. This one of a kind class is for anyone interested in bean to bar chocolate, not just folks that have taken our introductory bean to bar overview workshop.
