Friday, October 7th: Developing Strong Workplace Culture
Join EDC and Tim Guenther, Founder of Clickstop for a session on establishing and maintaining great workplace culture. Tim started Clickstop in 2005 when he began selling ratchet straps and other cargo control merchandise online. Since then, Clickstop has grown into one of the Corridor’s largest e-commerce retailers and now has over $28 million in sales and more than 150 employees in its manufacturing, distribution, and office facilities in Urbana, IA. Tim and Clickstop have won so many awards, it’s impossible to list them here, but highlights include multiple years on Inc Magazine’s Fastest-Growing Companies List, CBJ’s Fastest Growing Companies List, TAI’s Prometheus Award Finalist, among many awards for Top Workplace Culture. Suffice it to say that they have been recognized as leaders in the country, state of Iowa, and in the Corridor, in terms of entrepreneurial growth, internet retailing, use of technology, and great workplace culture.
Tim will speak to the Advancein60 audience about how establishing and nurturing a strong, positive workplace culture has been key to Clickstop’s growth and ability to attract and retain great talent.
