Adult's Cooking Class - April

Chef John and Chef Mickey have selected the following menu for our April class:
Appetizer: Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
Entree: Seared Scallops with Parmesan Polenta
Dessert: Oreo Cheesecake
We will walk through a 3 course meal’s preparations from start to finish in a classroom style. Followed by a hand’s on cooking session, constructed in groups, to re-create a portion of that meal. Lastly our servers will bring out a kitchen prepped version of this meal for you to sit back and enjoy. We will be offering wine throughout your experience.
The goal here is to teach you cooking techniques you can bring home and enhance your daily experience in your own kitchen. We also love getting out of the kitchen and having fun with our guests! Copies of each recipe will be provided as well.
