How to get there

American Red Cross at Cal provides the absolute cheapest Adult CPR/AED/First Aid training in the Bay Area. You will be certified in all three components for $45 for Red Cross members or $50 for non-members. You receive the discount if you have paid your $10 club dues (which you can also pay when you purchase your ticket). Members will receive 1 volunteer hour for participating in the training. All trainings are conducted with adherence to Red Cross National Standards on Health and Safety. Successful students will receive a certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

In comparison, the RSF charges $60 (which doesn't include First Aid) and the Red Cross Chapter Office in Oakland charges $110.

We have a strict no refund policy. After you purchase your ticket, there are no refund, credits, or exchanges. No exceptions.

Unfortunately, due limited numbers of volunteer instructors, classes will only be open to UC Berkeley students and campus personnel. Please email if you wish to have a large group training.

You must bring your ticket with you on the date of your training and you cannot be late. We will be starting at *9:30am* sharp-- NOT BERKELEY TIME. Please plan to arrive approximately 10 mins before starting time --unfortunately, if you are late we will not be able to admit you to the class (National Red Cross Protocol).

Please bring:
-Pencil and paper for note taking
-Food for a lunch break
-Comfortable clothing (something you would feel comfortable laying down in)
-Hair tie for those with long hair (important during CPR)
