Please join the Casita Coalition on February 26th from 11 AM - 12:30 PM, highlighting Best Practices in ADUs from around the State. Our keynote speaker for this event will be Senator Mike McGuire, representing the 2nd Senate District (North Coast / North Bay Area). Each month, we will focus on a different City, County, or hot-button topic, highlighting some of the innovative approaches local ADU practitioners have used to navigate State Policy and make ADUs more accessible.

For our Webinar this month, we are delighted to shine a spotlight on the innovations in Napa & Sonoma Counties that were recently ravaged by wildfires and how they are modifying their ADU programs to promote ADU production. We will hear from Sonoma County’s Planning Division’s Permit Sonoma, Planners Katrina Braehmer & Nina Bellucci. We will also hear from Renee Schomp, Executive Director of Napa Sonoma ADU, a non-profit that works within Napa & Sonoma Counties and serves as a one-stop-shop for ADUs by providing homeowner education, online resources, and additional support to homeowners in the ADU development process.

We will feature a live Q&A with a Guest Panel of ADU experts and share insights into critical partnerships, community-building, and the process of working with City and County departments to address the need for additional housing. #NapaLocals #SonomaStrong
