Want to learn to code, join us in this hands-on 3 weeks group training class. This class is excellent for anyone who have never tried coding or probably watched an online video.

Bootcamp Prep in a Month is for any student who's interested in applying to any of Claim Academy's prestigious and approved immersive programs -- such as the Full Stack Java or C#/.Net Engineering Immersive - and desires to acquire the programming skills needed to pass the coding assessment ( Intro to Java ) and technical interview.

This is a 3 week part-time class running Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

In the process of applying to Claim Academy and you probably have signed up for our Pre-course work - Intro To Java Programming ( online )- You have questions and should you need help on what to do next. You may just setup office hours for that by schedule a time

What is the Admissions Process like for Bootcamp Prep?

Anyone can sign up for this Bootcamp Prep. It's designed for beginners, the curriculum starts with the assumption that students have no basic familiarity with Java syntax, which allows the class to move at a good but slow pace and yield quality outcomes for students. There are homework exercises needed to work through the class.

Here's what the admissions process looks like:

1) When you sign up for Bootcamp Prep, you'll answer several short, admissions-related questions.

2) You will be sent a link to sign up for our Intro to Java Programming Assessment online ( Don't start yet ) for immediate access. It consist of a little over 2 hours of video and exercises meant to prepare you for the first day of class when you are accepted to Claim Academy.

3 ) After the Bootcamp Prep, If you pass the test and are accepted, your spot in our Full Stack Immersion is gauranteed, provided interviews and every other enrollment items are completed. You will be confirmed and you’ll be ready to start class on Day 1 of your selected cohort.

3 ) If you don't pass the test, you will have the option to defer to the next Bootcamp Prep cohort (free of charge), so you have a chance to study some more and take the test again.

Student in our Bootcamp Prep, will be taught by professional software engineers with many years of experience.

You’ll attend class 3 nights a week, for 3 consecutive weeks. There is also some work to be completed on the off-nights. The class is a mixture of instructions followed by practical workshops designed to solidify your understanding of each core concept. You'll develop core programming skills and use them to solve various coding challenges.

There is a total of 24 hours of classroom work delivered over 9 classes.

What is the tuition?

Tuition for this course is $199. We accept all major credit cards and checks. Should you be accepted to one of Claim Academy's programs after Bootcamp Prep, any amount you pay will be applied as a scholarship towards further tuition expenses, essentially making Bootcamp Prep free.

What do I need for class?

Computer for each class. Macs and Windows are acceptable.
