IE Master Class: Why Global Leaders Learn From Art Today?

If you are a manager who concerns with his company’s future, you probably found yourself debating these questions.

But telling your employees “be creative” when they ask “how to think outside of the box” is a generic and unhelpful answer.

Being creative and innovative is not a skill but an attitude that everybody has within.

This is good news for us all because it means that if we change habits, behaviors, we can improve our creative impact.
