This workshop will empower and strengthen each individual and your ability to work effectively with co-workers and customers. Understand and communicate more effectively with difficult colleagues. San Francisco Federal Executive Board

The San Francisco Bay Area Federal Executive Board is one of 28 FEBs nationwide established for the purpose of creating a network among federal field agencies. The San Francisco FEB primarilly connects federal facilities and managers in the greater 9-county Bay Area, but reaches all 40 Northern California counties during the Combined Federal Campaign, the annual workplace charity drive. The FEB creates an annual strategic and operational plan with OPM and a local Board of Directors comprising agency heads from Bay Area civilian, postal, and military agencies.

The FEBs have 3 lines of business:

  1. Emergency Preparedness, Security and Safety
  2. Workforce readiness
  3. Interagency and intercommunity collaboration and communication
