Administrative Designee: A review and discussion of Administrative Designee responsibilities that will assist all site-based administrative leaders working with students with disabilities, especially when chairing an IEP meeting as the Administrative Designee.
Part two of a four-part series of special education workshops on topics of interest to school site administrative leaders.

In order to receive the CCSELPA registration rate, you must work for, with or within one of the Contra Costa SELPA member LEAs: Acalanes, Antioch, Brentwood, Byron, Canyon, Contra Costa County Office of Education, John Swett, Knightsen, Lafayette, Liberty, Martinez, Moraga, Oakley, Orinda, Pittsburg and Walnut Creek.
Workshops may reach capacity early or be cancelled due to a lack of registration. Please register early to guarantee your spot.
If the workshop is cancelled by Contra Costa SELPA, enrollees will be notified in advance and will obtain a full refund. Seventy-two hour cancellation notice by the partcipant is required to receive a refund of event fees, unless otherwise noted; substitutions are welcome, please call in advance.

Contra Costa Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) includes the following sixteen Local Education Agencies (LEA) in Contra Costa County:
Acalanes, Antioch, Brentwood, Byron, Canyon, Contra Costa County Office of Education, John Swett, Knightsen, Lafayette, Liberty, Martinez, Moraga, Oakley, Orinda, Pittsburg and Walnut Creek.
The members join together to adopt a Local Plan in accordance with California Education Code to assure access to special education and services for all individuals with exceptional needs residing in the geographic area served by these LEAs.
