Each exhibitor will have their own microsite within the virtual conference which includes:

• Company Logo: transparent .png file, max width 300px
• 500 word company description
• Links to web page
• Links to files (PDF preferred, but can also be .docx or .xlsx)
• Meeting Request Feature to be offered by an online calendar software
• Salesperson image & contact information
• Interactive Wall for posting messages
• Video: YouTube link URL -OR- .mp4 file, max length 3 minutes
• Please submit this information to Emily.Harken@vgm.com by 12 pm on January 5th
