Event description

Description

Are you finding difficulty coping with change ?
Are you finding it hard to adjust to new circumstances ?

This two-part seminar runs over two Tuesday evenings:
6-8pm Tuesday 14th November
6-8pm Tuesday 21st November

There are so many experiences of change across our lives. We are often taught that “pushing on” with things will get us through, or that “time will heal”. In fact it is often very helpful to learn more about how change impacts us physiologically, emotionally, and cognitively. We can then learn that there are positive actions we can take to move through the change a little easier – and although we often find change difficult (even positive changes!) - understanding what we can do to help ourselves can make us feel more in control and ok with the situation.

This seminar is useful for people experiencing:
** Fly In Fly Out family
** Defence Force family
** Personal or workplace injury
** Loss of family through separation or death
** Loss of lifestyle due to financial hardship

COST: $100 (plus eventbrite fees if buying tickets online) includes both evenings, tea and snacks
