Slay the court your way, as we spin up some fly tracks that provide the peaks and troughs of intensity that you need, guiding you through an immersive and infectious total body aerobic workout – ending the series of training sessions on a high note with adidas Trainer, Nor Dee Dee.

Nor Dee Dee is a professional dancer with more than 15 years of working dance experience. Seizing the opportunity to take her dancing skills to an entrepreneurial level, she was one of the first trainers to establish street dance as a regular activity in gyms, and has been recognised internationally for her work as a dance choreographer. She strongly believes that every dancer should find their own natural and achieved style.
Q: Who may register for it?
A: Only females will be eligible to register. All participants must agree to adidas’ Terms and Conditions as a prerequisite to participating in the event.
Q: Is there a fee?
A: Registration for the event is free. Invites will be issued on a first-come-first served basis and at the discrepancy of adidas Singapore, so you are encouraged to be quick!
Q: How long will the registration be open for?
A: Registration will be open till 17 October 2016, 12.00pm or until the event has reached its capacity, whichever may occur first.
Q: How many will be participating in this event?
A: Around 400 participants will be expected across the different training sessions throughout the day. As there are limited openings, we request that each participant kindly limit themselves to just one training session.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session.
Q: How do I know I have successfully reserved my spot?
A: You will receive a confirmation email with an invite from us once your spot has been successfully reserved for the event, by 19 October 2016. If you are unsure if you are entered into the event, please check:
• If you have provided us with the right email address
• If your confirmation email has been directed into the Junk folder
• If our emails have been rejected by your email server
If you have done the above and have not received any email from us, the classes may have reached capacity.
Q: What if I have registered but am unable to attend the event?
A: Do drop us a Private Message via our Facebook Page (facebook.com/adidasSG) to let us know as soon as you can. Unfortunately, no transfers may be made for the Create Your Court event.
Q: How difficult is the event physically?
A: The intensity of these workouts are high, and therefore participants should be physically fit to exercise for a period of 40 mins. If you feel that you are unable to do so, you should not take part in the event.
Q: What do I need to wear?
A: Participants are encouraged to come in their adidas gear, all ready for a workout.
Q: Will there be lighting and music at the event?
A: Yes, you should not participate in this event if you suffer from any medical issues that may be triggered by bright lights and loud music.
Q: Will there be refreshments during the event?
A: Yes, there will be a juice bar that will provide shots of fruit juice before or after each session.
Q: Are there toilets at the venue?
A: Yes, toilets are available in the adjoining building.

Create Your Court is a call for you to put your own spin on the rules, and transform your training, as you join some of adidas’ biggest global tennis stars — Angelique Kerber, Garbiñe Muguruza and Simona Halep, in an immersive and adrenaline-filled women-only workout experience in the heart of the city.
You will be put through the paces by adidas Trainers and Creators on one of four journeys; a Speed Training based on HIIT, a dance-based Mobility Training, a Power Training based on POUND®fit, or an hour long dance-workout finale.
