Authentically "YO"!

Adelante is a Latinx professional conference that brings together the Latinx community across Harvard, Boston, and the United States. This year, the conference kicks off a year-long celebration of the 22nd anniversary of the Latino Student Organization (LASO) at Harvard Business School.

With this year's theme of Authentically "YO"!, we aim to have vulnerable conversations and create community by connecting about the meaning of being authentically yourself in the spaces we occupy. We will touch on the Latinx identity and what that can mean across various industries and lived experiences.

Our programming includes keynotes and panels by Latinx leaders and employers. Open to students, alumni, professionals, and the community at large. We will be holding the conference in a hybrid mode.
