Description

In recent years, a low-FODMAP diet has been shown to improve quality of life for some people by reducing digestive symptoms. But meals for this modified diet can be bland. Chef Joel will show you how incorporating vomFASS oils and vinegars (including Garlic Infused Oil!), as well as preparing food from scratch, will bring back some flavors you've been missing, and even add new flavors to enrich your meals. Learn recipes for making homemade low-FODMAP condiments, such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. Also learn new and fresh uses of herbs and spices, plus the roles of sugar and salt.


Note: This class is designed for people who have some knowledge of their dietary requirements. The recipes are in no way intended to be used as a dietary plan. It is recommended that individuals work with a qualified dietary professional.


Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with up to 3 others at your own work station. Your instructor, Chef Joel, is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.
