Eat 2 Be Healthy's Addiction Recovery classes offer a unique opportunity to learn:

  • How your brain becomes addicted and how to unaddict it
  • Know Your Brain Type - Which of the 6 different types of addiction you have. 
  • Which neurotransmitters were depleted by drug use and how to repair them
  • How to escape from the stress-sugar-stimulant-cigarette trap and how to get a good night’s sleep without drugs or alcohol
  • Ways to detoxify and rejuvenate your liver
  • How to stop cravings and up your energy without sugar, stimulants and cigarettes
  • How to break your dependency to drugs including prescription drugs.
  • Information about how addiction can lead to diet-related problems like hypoglycemia, adrenal fatigue, allergies, and digestive problems.

In the Eat 2 Be Healthy: addiction Recovery classes, attendees do all of this while tasting samples of delicious and healthy foods in a fun and supportive environment.

This is a 6-class series. Pay all at once for a discount or pay in 4 payments. For the payment plan option, payments are due at the beginning of each month i.e. initial sign up date, January, February,  and March. Cost includes class handouts, instruction, demonstrations and sample tastings. 

We are also offering cooking classes to coincide with these workshops. Click here to sign up for the cooking classes.

Registration: May also be done via mail or in person.  Please email prior to the commencement of classes for more information.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee per registrant up to a week before classes begin.  After that, no refunds will be accepted.

We are health coaches dedicated to raising awareness on how to live a healthy, active life. We help our clients by taking a hands on approach to educate, nurture and support them to make life long changes to enable them to be the best person they can be!
