Event description

Description

House Music Philadelphia and Carpenter's Hall present an evening of music centered around addiction. Phony, a world premiere by local musicians David Brown and Alize Rozsnyai, deals with our modern addiction to technology. A young couple meets for dinner, only to discover they don't have anything to talk about. The performance finishes with J.S. Bach's Coffee Cantata reimagined for the 21st-century, featuring a completely new orchestration and translation by Alize Rozsnyai. A fun-filled evening, complete with refreshments!

Please note, ticket sales alone are not enough to cover the House Music Philadelphia's operating costs. Please consider making a 100% tax-deductible donation here: https://fundraising.fracturedatlas.org/house-music-philadelphia

Finally, student tickets will be available at the door, pending availability and with ID, for $15.
