Prairie Grit Adaptive Sports in a non-profit organization that has a mission of providing sports opportunities for youth and adults living with physical and mental disabilities to enhance their quality of life.Our goal is to create opportunities for our youth, adults and their families through adaptive sports. We will level the playing field by removing the barriers to give everyone opportunities to do what they love. Prairie Grit Adaptive sports plans to offer a variety of activities and events year round.

Hammond Park

Adaptive Tennis at Hammond Park is designed for players of all skill levels with physical disabilities or limitations. With instruction from Minot High and Minot North Tennis, participants will receive personalized coaching to improve their game in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, this program offers a great opportunity to develop skills, get exercise, and connect with others.Session DetailsWhen: Wednesdays, 6:15 - 7:15 P.M.<ul><li>April 15, 22, &amp; 29</li><li>May 4</li></ul>Where: Hammond Park Tennis CourtsCost: FreeEligibility: Adaptive participants ages 5 and upRequired: <a href="https://www.prairiegritsports.com/join" title="https://www.prairiegritsports.com/join" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Participant consent form</a>Participants should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothing.
