EVENT DETAILS
The Adaptive Sports USA 2019 National Conference and Member Assembly will be held in Phoenix, AZ on November 10 – 13 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Phoenix Airport and Ability360.
The Adaptive Sports USA 2019 National Conference and Member Assembly is a national training, education and networking opportunity open to all professionals and students involved in or wanting to learn more about adaptive sports. The event is open to adaptive sports organizations large and small, and attracts experienced professionals as well as those new to the industry. While many of our 56 chapter members are present and are encouraged to come, you do not need to be a member to attend. Attendees typically include: coaches, recreational therapist, physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic directors, program administrators and leaders in adaptive sports organizations.

Pricing:
- Adaptive Sports USA Individual & Chapter Members: $125
- Non-Members: $200
- Students: $100 (with student ID presented at check-in)
- Continuing Education Certificate: $30 (in addition to ticket price)

TRANSFER & REFUND POLICIES
Are you registered but unable to attend the conference? We have a couple of ways to help you out.
Transfers:
- All tranfers must be requested no later than November 4, 2019. No transfers will be granted after that date.
- A $25 administrative fee will be collected as part of the transfer request form.
- Registrations for Adaptive Sports USA members MUST be transferred to another Adaptive Sports USA member only. Verification of membership will occur before transfer is completed.
Refunds:
- All refunds must be requested no later than October 20,2019. Full refunds will not be given after that date.
- Refund requests made between October 20 and November 4 will be assessed a 50% forfieture of the registration fee.
- Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If you did not pay your fee online, or we are unable to process the refund to your original payment method you will be issued a refund check within 21 days after the conference.
- A death in the family will receive a full refund for the conference registration fee. A refund request must be emailed to conference@adaptivesportsusa.org with a link to the obituary. Refunds requested due to death in the family will be made within 21 days after the conclusion of the conference.
- Non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation, and will not receive a refund.

Can I update my registration information?
Of course! You can update your own registration information if you have an Eventbrite account. Follow their instructions. Changes must be made no later than November 4, 2019.
How do I book my hotel?
