About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Tour Morris Moor with the project team and see for yourself how to save 19 million kilos of embodied carbon while transforming Moorabbin’s mid-century Phillip Morris factory site into a commercial development built around community connection.

Join us afterwards for a panel discussion featuring Morris Moor developer Marcus Janke of Up Property, designer Gaston Nogues of ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, Morris Moor tenant Annalisa Franca of Air Aroma as well as adaptive reuse advocate Robbie Neville of Revival Projects.

We'll explore why adaptive reuse is driving exemplar placemaking worldwide, how it delivers commercial returns while tackling our cities' ESG challenges, and explore ways to become better custodians of precious materials.
