Description

Join Dr. Andres Carrillo of Chatham University and a group of movement experts for a morning of adaptive movement for youth with Down Syndrome.

This event caters to families and youth (ages 15+), and will include general play & movement exploration with Amy Wisniowski (Pittsburgh Riverhounds), a presentation by Dr. Scott Christie (Oakville OptiHealth Clinic), a yoga & mindfulness session with Dan Houston (Mind Tribes), and a CrossFit session with Andrew Schizas (CrossFit Cordis).

Our partnering movement experts include CrossFit Cordis, Mind Tribes Yoga, and Oakville OptiHealth Clinic.
