Description

Thank you for your interest in attending a centralized Ramapo workshop, funded through the Department of Youth and Community Development. In order to register for this workshop, your program must receive funding through DYCD.

In this workshop participants will learn how to create individualized behavior plans for specific young people struggling to meet program expectations. Utilizing Ramapo’s Behavior Identification and Planning Tool participants will identify specific and targeted strategies that address challenging behaviors by building on strengths, identifying achievable behavioral goals, and anticipating problems. Participants will leave this workshop with a behavior plan that they have created as well as an understanding of the skills needed to facilitate the creation of plans independently in their programs in the future.

This professional development opportunity is provided at no cost to you but has a value of $750.00 for DYCD. If you register for and are subsequently unable to attend this session you are responsible for canceling your registration or risk being waitlisted for future events.
