Description

ARE YOU READY TO REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR HEALTH?

On July 20th, the ADAPT Team & Dr Eric Westman are partnering with leading local doctors, Dr Sean O'Mara, Dr Tim Noonan, Dr Paul Ratte, Dr Steven Hiebert, Maria Emmerich & Katie Newman to host an Educational One Day Event based on the most up to date Science on the therapeutic health benefits of a Low-Carb Keto lifestyle.

Our experts will share their extensive knowledge and years of experience with you on how to heal your body through a healthy eating lifestyle. Learn how many chronic diseases are preventable, and in many cases, even reversable, through Nutrition. Eating the proper nutrition is often more effective & more powerful than most medications, (which simply treat the symptom and not the cause). Listen to amazing success stories from people who've had life changing results of their own. Learn how they were finally able to take control of their lives to regain their health, and how their obsessive food/sugar cravings became virtually nonxistent by adopting a low carb lifestyle.

Come meet the speakers in person, meet like minded people in your area, get inspired and be a part of this amazing and growing community. Multiple book signings taking place.

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION:

  • Carbohydrate and fat metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation and chronic metabolic disease and how these can be reversed.
  • The relationship between unhealthy, refined and processed foods and how it relates to chronic illness
  • How to become a FAT burning machine!
  • How to control your sugar cravings by eating the right foods.
  • How a Keto or Low Carb lifestyle is easy to sustain for a lifetime.
  • Other benefits of living a low carb lifestyle (based on the science) and what that means.
  • How diet and lifestyle impact cancer incidence and recurrence rates
  • Success stories share their inspirational stories with you

Early on in his career he gained extensive law enforcement experience in police work, including working undercover in both narcotics and organized crime units. He graduated Summa Cum Laude 1985 from Penn State University and in 1989 graduated from Villanova University School of Law. Dr. O’Mara was awarded a medical scholarship from the US Army in 1992 and graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 1997. While with Guardian he designed and developed clandestine satellite controlled medical unmarked private ambulances, ultra-luxury motor coaches integrated with advanced medical capability, and subterranean mini hospitals with the most advanced surgical suites. It was during his six years in Guardian developing this reactive advanced medical capability that Dr. OMara began to realize the tremendous advantages to preventive medicine not understood by the vast majority of people including his uber-wealthy clients. Dr. OMara began to research, explore and innovate techniques for both preventing and reversing disease. Functional medicine is the playing field where he integrates the patient's experience with objective data to find an approach that validates and empowers them to redirect their story towards health.
