ARE YOU READY TO REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR HEALTH?

About this Event

On the road to health and weight loss success, every one of us hits a block. There are two options:

To give up and settle for less OR.. To ADAPT and change.

Join us at ADAPT INDIANA on July 27th, as the ADAPT Team & Dr Eric Westman, (in partnership with leading nutritionist, Amy Berger & Best-Selling Cookbook Author, Natasha Newton share the most up to date information on the amazing health and weight loss benefits of a Low Carb Keto lifestyle.

Learn from our experts how to rid your body of inflammation, how to lose weight effectively and how to start the healing process to the road of success. Learn how many chronic diseases are actually preventable, and in many cases, reversible, through the right Nutrition. And that Nutrition alone is often more powerful than most medications, (which simply treat the symptom and not the cause).

You will hear amazing success stories from people that have had life changing results of their own. How they were finally able to take control of their weight and their health, and how their obsessive food/sugar cravings became virtually nonexistent by adopting a healthy low carb "lifestyle".....and most importantly, how they were able to do this easily!

It's time to ADAPT!

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION:

Carbohydrate and fat metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation and chronic metabolic disease and how these can be reversed.

The relationship between unhealthy, refined and processed foods and how it relates to chronic illness

How to become a FAT burning machine!

How to control your sugar cravings by eating the right foods.

How a Keto or Low Carb lifestyle is easy to sustain for a lifetime.

Other benefits of living a low carb lifestyle (based on the science) and what that means.

How diet and lifestyle impact cancer incidence and recurrence rates

Success stories share their inspirational stories with you
