Come and enjoy an evening of fine dining and festive swing classics perfomed by Adam Parker Brown in The Hive at Boundary Outlet Colne.

Included in the ticket price is Prosecco or orange juice on arrival, a choice of a main and a dessert from the menu below, tea or coffee to finish and your evenings entertainment.


Smoked Fish pie

Smoked Haddock, north Atlantic prawns, smoked mackerel, in our homemade herbed bechamel sauce, topped with pomme puree, parmesan and panko breadcrumbs then finished under the grill, served with Heritage seasonal buttered vegetables

Caramelised Goats Cheese Tart (v)

Shortcrust pastry filled with homemade caramelised red onions, topped with carron lodge goats’ cheese, and finished under the grill, served with whipped goats cheese mousse, caramelised red onion puree, balsamic glaze, beetroot crisps and fresh rocket leaves

Chicken spinach and brie ballotine (Gf optional)

Chicken breast filled with a chicken spinach and brie mousseline, served with wilted spinach crispy kale, cranberry puree, crispy bacon lardons, salted potato straw crisps and a rosemary gravy

Sweet potato and chickpea curry (VE)

With poppadom’s, mango chutney and a lime and coriander basmati rice
