On this night Adaboy! welcomes Erin Zindle & The Ragbirds with special guest Michelle O'neil for an unforgettable evening with some of Michigan’s best original music. This multi-genre show is sure to please every type of listener. Our headliner will prove to be a showstopper with their indie-pop melodies and folk sensibilities, making for a very special evening of music. Join us all in celebration of Joe Balbaughs birthday, along with the first single release, "Voices Run" off ADABOY!'s upcoming album.

Erin Zindle & The Ragbirds:

Led by dynamic, multi-instrumentalist Erin Zindle, The Ragbirds create music that is equally danceable, intelligent and vulnerable. They incorporate indie-pop melodies, global-infused beats, rock guitar riffs, and folk sensibilities into a high-energy live show which leaves every listener in a higher place than they began. Since 2005, they have gathered and maintained a passionate, grassroots fan base by reinventing themselves with an ever-evolving sound, while sharing the stage with Brandi Carlile, Rusted Root, Greensky Bluegrass, Birds of Chicago, Lindsay Lou and Billy Strings, just to name a few. The band has performed in 47 states, winning over crowds at festivals such as: Electric Forest, Summer Camp, Green Room Festival (Yokohama, Japan), Ann Arbor Folk Festival, Great Blue Heron, and many more. The Ragbirds' albums have received local and national praise, hailed "Highly Impressive!" by USA Today and touted as "astounding international eclecticism" by Reveal Arts. The 2009 international release of "Finally Almost Ready" saw the band invade Japan with the single "Book of Matches" reaching #1 on the charts in Osaka. 2016's The Threshold & The Hearth debuted at #20 in Billboard Folk Chart and #29 on the Top New Artist Chart.

In October of 2022, ADABOY! teamed up with Nashville producer Kene Bell, who brings a Grammy nominated and 2x Dove Award winning resume. Together the team has began their most recent recording efforts at the famous Castle Recording Studio in Franklin, TN, also bringing on 19x Grammy Award winning Engineer/Producer, Joe Baldridge. ADABOY! is pleased to announce the official release of "Voices Run" on April 14th, inspired by "Running on empty to find a sense of worth...".

Michelle O'Neil:

Singer/Songwriter from Waterford, MI. Michelle began vocal lessons from Roberta Carter early on and soon started songwriting while teaching herself to play guitar along the way. Michelle now resides in Saginaw, MI and is a proud mother of two, Lilian 10 and Miles 8. She recently released her first full album "Happiness is Real", a compilation of songs written during her journey through bipolar disorder with hopes it will inspire others as they face thier own challenges. Michelle shares her life and often collaborates with Cody Busch who also plays guitar on the album. Additionally, Michelle is the other half of the cover duo "Mel & Michelle", with Melissa Curry.
