Day 1- The Upper Extremity- Includes: Hands, wrist and elbow, repetitive stress injuries, shoulder pain and orthopedic tests to determine target tissue, anterior rotation posture, pectoralis involvement in thoracic pain.
Day 2- The Lower Extremity-Includes: foot, ankle, tendinopathies; knee, hamstrings, hips. Orthopedic Testing, Motor Points and Trigger Points in conjunction with traditional acupuncture points to treat these very effectively.

Amy Dickinson, MTCM., L.Ac., Associate Professor, B.A. has been practicing acupuncture for 13 years in the injury-prone city of Boulder, Colorado. She is an Associate Professor at Southwest Acupuncture College and teaches Sports Medicine.
She created a very successful Sports Medicine Externship with the University of Colorado Buffaloes, the only program in the nation that partners Sports Med Acupuncture Students with Division 1 college athletes. She lectures throughout the nation and in Colorado.

Do I have to be a licensed acupuncturist or student of acupuncture to attend the seminar?
Yes. Only licensed practitioners of Acupuncture/TCM/OM or currently enrolled students in an accredited acupuncture program will be allowed to attend this seminar.

Founded in 1989, the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTSM) is the oldest Chinese medicine school in Colorado. CSTCM offers two graduate level educational programs with a strong foundation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and related modalities, tui na (physiotherapy/therapeutic massage), internal medicine (Chinese herbal medicine), Chinese nutrition, and energetic exercise/meditation) with a grounding in Western medicine, all as it is currently taught in mainland China.
