Actors and Factors Workshop - SLA Opportunities and ESSER Grantees Only

Join us on Tuesday, May 9th at 9-11:30pm for a FREE in-person learning session that is highly engaging and fun!

Actors & Factors is unlike any training you have taken. Come participate in this interactive game and put yourself in the shoes of different community partners as you work through team challenges. Take on different roles to gain a better empathy and understanding for your local community partners. Strengthen your networking skills, power and influence, mission alignment, reciprocity in partnerships! Develop the skills you need for sustainability in your program. This workshop is perfect for folks who are new to organizations, those who want new ideas for sustainability, or those who want to develop confidence in giving their "elevator pitch" to a partner or funder.
