This is a slow and build process over a period of 55 days you are not required to keep up the only requirement is to be consistent trust and listen to your body and go at your own pace.

This is the whole point of the early rising challenge, if you want to experience something different you have to make a decision and make the necessary adjustment to make sure you not only show up for yourself but to also honour your words.

Will I have to turn on my camera.

Accepted Answer

NO, however it would be nice to see participants during the introduction, you are free to do whatever is comfortable.

what if I have breathing issues and high blood pressure

Accepted Answer

If you suffer from any contraindication, high blood pressure, pregnant, critical illness, please get permission from your doctor prior, however you can take part in the rhythmic breathing and NOT the breath retention

What is Breathwork

Different breathing techniques that involves Rhythmic breathing, & Breath retention, this will be guided and explain, I am a certified SOMA breath instructor

Do I have to sign up for the full sessions

Accepted Answer

No, however it takes consistent practice to experience any significant change, this is a challenge to kick start or add to your personal routine, that will NOT require any external forces to constantly motivate you to take action a solid foundation just needs regular maintenance.

Why is this event so long what is the purpose

It takes time to build or break any habit, this program is specifically to build a Solid Personal Routine for yourself allowing your Routine to be the foudation of your inner world that can ONLY be access by YOU

Any special equipments required

No, just wear comfortable clothing, have a yoga mat or chair to sit on and something to cover your eyes.

Can I book Ad-Hoc  Days like 6 Mondays 6 Tuesday 6 Wednesday etc.
