Description

This High Fidelity ACT 101 Training will provide a thorough review of a complex and comprehensive treatment model --- assertive community treatment---- including the purpose and description of critical program elements that stem from the original model, as well as contemporary updates informed by three decades of best practice technology research.

Learning Objectives include: List the key descriptive elements of ACT; explain the underlying philosophy of ACT practice; Summarize the breadth of biopsychosocial evidence-based practices to be provided within the context of ACT; Recognize high fidelity ACT practice; Identify what is expected of ACTTs in North Carolina, per the Division’s NC ACTT service definition.
