Event description

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) believes Patient Reported Experiences (PREs) and Outcomes (PROs) are integral parts of high performing delivery systems. Using PROs as measures (PROMs) also adds to establishing value in accountable care business models.

We hope to use this webinar to share our PROs, PREs and PROMs development to date with multiple stakeholder groups and to listen to reactions from patient groups, payers and purchasers. Input from these groups will ultimately shape the final product for testing.

Please join us to listen to our experts share their work and for a group of reactors who will initiate our next step in learning about the best way to evaluate our care, from the patient's voice.
