Across Generations - Joint Dinner Meeting with ISM, APICS, WIU

Networking (5:30 pm - 6:15 pm)
This joint meeting is held to promote networking among supply chain students and experienced professionals. The pre-meeting networking (5:30 pm - 6:15 pm) will consist of an ice-breaker activity and general conversation among participants. Professional are welcome to bring business cards to share with students.

Focus will be on all of us working effectively with the diversity of generations in our current and future workforces
Those who know Heather describe her as insightful and enthusiastic. Striving for continuous improvement, she models the high standard that Apple Computer, Inc. co-founder Steve Jobs defined: “Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected.” Focused on helping organizations boost their success through partnership with MRA, she’s an expert at both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Commitment to quality and impeccable credentials are the foundation of Heather’s leadership as executive director of MRA’s Iowa/Western Illinois office. The career path that led Heather to MRA included proven proficiency in coordinating public/private partnerships, community outreach, marketing, and legislative outreach. Heather has worked closely with chambers of commerce, small business development centers, and other business and economic development groups, gaining sharp business acumen through work experience with a background in Economic Development, Business Development and Municipal Government.
