Exhibitor table: approximately 6 foot by 30 inches. Sponsorship includes: display space in exhibitor area, which is separate from, but near the educational space (meeting room); participation in breaks, meals, receptions, etc. Business name listed in meeting signage as acknowledgement for exhibit sponsorship.
The target audience for these meetings include obstetricians, gynecologists, gynecologic oncologists, primary care physicians, nurses, residents, and medical students. Meetings are organized to attract members from all over Colorado.

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT INFORMATION:
The Colorado Section of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) agrees to provide exhibit space for the exhibitor list on page 1 of this form, for the course presented on the dates and location designated above. ACOG will acknowledge exhibitor in the meeting materials, on-site poster, website or other ways as determined by ACOG.
Exhibitors, and the Colorado Section of ACOG, agree to the policies stated and any actions that are not in accordance with the stated policies may result in the removal of the exhibit company and its representatives from the conference site, in which case no refund of exhibit fees will be allowed.
Product-promotion material or product-specific advertisement of any type is prohibited during any education activities. The juxtaposition of editorial and advertising material on the same products or subjects must be avoided. Live (staffed exhibits, presentations) or enduring (printed or electronic advertisements) promotional activities must be kept separate from education. Live, face-to-face educational activities, advertisements and promotional materials cannot be displayed or distributed in the educational space immediately before, during or after an educational activity.
ACOG cannot allow representatives of Commercial Interests (exhibitors) to engage in sales or promotional activities while in the space (educational space / meeting room) or in the place of the education activity. The exhibit area is reserved for this type of activity.
EXHIBITOR may distribute promotional materials at their exhibit space only. Distribution of pharmaceuticals or other samples is prohibited. All commercial support associated with this activity will be given with the full knowledge of ACOG. No additional payments, goods, services or events will be provided to the course director(s), planning committee members, faculty, joint sponsor, or any other party involved with the activity. PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse exhibit space to EXHIBITOR in the event of nonpayment or Code of Conduct violation.
