• Approximately 70 to 100 attendees

The Friday night dinner party is at the Sonnenalp Hotel. All other meetings and events are at the Sebastian Hotel. The hotels are a one minute walk from one to the other.

STANDARD EXHIBIT FEE INCLUDES:

EXHIBITOR TABLE: approximately 6 foot by 30 inches. Includes: display space in one of the exhibitor or registration areas, which is separate from, but near the educational space (meeting room); participation in breaks, meals, receptions, etc. Business name listed in meeting signage and materials as acknowledgement. Exhibit fee includes two representatives only. Additional representatives are an additional $200 per person, regardless of what times/days they attend and overlap with other company representatives.

Sponsorships of a meal, break, or bags include the sponsorship and exhibit space as well.

Exhibit space is in two main areas - the exhibit room, with the food, and in the registration hall, right outside the exhibit room.

The target audience for these meetings include obstetricians, gynecologists, gynecologic oncologists, primary care physicians, nurses, residents, certified nurse midwives, and medical students. Meetings are organized to attract members from all over Colorado.

Reserve early - space is limited and we will sell out. Thanks! In 2018 we had to turn away 15 organizations and sold out months early!
