Fall Line ACL Support Group

Fall Line is proud to announce the launch of our ACL Support Group — a monthly gathering designed to support individuals navigating recovery from ACL knee injuries. Our second talk in the series, will feature Fall Line's own kinesiologist, Manny Cabrera on Sunday Nov 16th at 6pm.

This group provides a welcoming space for patients and community members to connect, learn, and share experiences. Each month, we’ll host a guest speaker from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds, including:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Strength & conditioning coaches
  • Counselors
  • Dietitians
  • Naturopaths
  • Physicians
  • Kinesiologists
  • Patients with lived experience
  • And more

Meetings will be held in person and online once a month, making it accessible for anyone in recovery, whether you’re just beginning rehabilitation or striving to return to your favorite activities.

Our goal is to build a supportive community where knowledge, encouragement, and practical tools are shared to help every participant progress in their recovery journey.

Manny will discuss the late stage rehab pathway and will differentiate the importance of return to sport compared to return to performance for the recreational athlete.
