Achieving Pay Equity: What You Can Do to End the Wage Gap

For many, the thought of waiting until 2059 for women to earn comparable salaries to men seems outrageous. Yet, forecasting by the World Economic Forum shows that at the current trajectory, it will take 45 years for the economic disparity between women and men to close.

Tune in on Wednesday, April 12th at 6:30 pm ET for a solutions driven discussion on ending the gender wage gap. Gloria Feldt will interview Lydia Frank, VP of Content Strategy for PayScale and Farnoosh Torabi, host of the So Money podcast to get their take on what we can all do to achieve fair pay.

During this Virtual Happy Hour we'll:

  • dispel some common wage gap myths
  • share financial tools and break down the numbers
  • learn about the hands on approaches organizations and countries are implementing to move the dial
