Should we plan to arrive early to set up?
Yes please. 4pm is a preferred time to arrive, so as not to feel rushed to be ready at 5pm.
Yavapai College will provide tables and chairs for you. We are inviting other scholarships providers to join us as well. You will be in great company!
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:00 pm in order to provide ample time to set up your information table.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is readily available. Please feel welcome to drop off your supplies at the entrance to the gym and volunteers will be there to assist you with bringing them to your table.

If our organization cannot attend the event, may we provide information to share at the event?
Yes! This is also very helpful and we will be sure to create a space for your organization's information. Please contact Carol Chamberlain to arrange pick up or delivery of materials.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you certainly may.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, this is not necessary.
Please note that IF registration is completed by November 4th, 2016, the scholarship information provided will be included in a booklet that will be handed out to all students who attend.
