Monday and Wednesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday's 10am-11am
The D1 Football Program is designed to help student-athletes learn and improve their skills faster. We will focus on functional strength training as well as speed, agility, endurance, and position specific drills. Athletes will receive instruction on total performance along with recovery and proper technique to avoid playing injuries. Sessions will be held 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday) located at Community House Middle School.
Ages 9-12 and 13-19(boys and girls)
