Constructing Careers in the Digital Age with Dr. Mark Savickas

The narrative approach to career counseling enables clients to fit work into their lives, rather than fit themselves to jobs.  Looking at lives as novels being written focuses attention on the themes that activate individuals.  Dr. Savickas will discuss the challenges that our students and clients face in the ever-changing digital age, and how the narrative models & methods that emphasize life design rather than occupational choice can create career resiliency.
