Description

For beginning farmers who have some farming experience and are looking for land.

  • Assess your readiness for land tenure: goals & finances
  • Land tenure options & finding available land
  • Land parcel evaluation & site assessment
  • Prepare for land purchase or lease

Course Dates: November 2 - November 16, 2018

The course includes 2 components. Registrants should complete both.

  1. Eight hours of online learning activities:November 2 - November 15
  2. A one-day workshop and local farm visit: November 16, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Registration Fee: $ 30 primary participant, $20 secondary participant

Registration Deadline: November 1st
