The Maryland Department of Health’s Center for Harm Reduction Services is excited to collaborate with both local and national thought leaders, community based organizations and advocates within the community of people who use drugs, to create our first annual state harm reduction conference. Through various workshops, seminars and panel discussions, the conference will highlight the collective efforts across the state towards ending the opioid crisis.

We are offering a number of ways for you to attend. This conference will be a hybrid event, featuring engaging in-person and virtual sessions.
