Access Center Visioning Day Follow-Up Meeting
Event Information
Description
“Through dignity and respect, empowering people at risk or experiencing homelessness, towards a hopeful and independent life” ~ Access Center Vision Statement
You are invited to participate in the follow-up meeting to the Visioning Day for a Homeless Access Center. On January 26, 2017, Focus on Prevention partnered with HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm, who volunteered their facilitation and initial concept design work, to convene a community meeting to help craft a vision for the “One Stop” Access Center. Over 80 stakeholders participated in the day-long visioning process that resulted in a shared vision statement, and a draft visioning document. As promised, we are reconvening this group to review and provide feedback on the draft visioning document.
Please join us to take the next important step in our efforts to prevent and reduce Homelessness in Stanislaus County!
