ACC Phase II Draft RFP Stakeholder Engagement Meeting (Durango)
The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Department) is working with our partners to develop the next phase of the Accountable Care Collaborative. Phase II of the Accountable Care Collaborative seeks to leverage the proven successes of Health First Colorado’s (Colorado Medicaid’s program) programs to enhance the member and provider experience. The goals of the Accountable Care Collaborative Phase II are to improve health and life outcomes of members while using state resources wisely. Learn more about ACC Phase II.
The Department will host a series of stakeholder engagement meetings across the state beginning in mid-November. We encourage you to participate in the kick off webinars prior to attending a stakeholder meeting. For more information on the kick off webinars go to Colorado.gov/HCPF/ACCPhase2
The purpose of the stakeholder meetings is to:
- share key concepts of the draft RFP,
- identify gaps, operational concerns and areas of the draft RFP that need additional clarification, and
- explain how to provide feedback on the draft RFP.
