Why does everyday architecture become a work of art? How did the post-World War II homes designed by notable architects of the day, and mid-century modern tract housing, all intended for the masses, become as coveted as a painting, or a sculpture? What do one Case Study House and some 11,000 Eichlers, all located in the San Francisco Bay Area, have in common?

Join panelists, architect Gustave Carlson and realtor Monique Anton, along with moderator Lisa Boquiren for an engagingly faceted conversation. In their own way, each panelist is a steward of these architectural jewels. Their perspectives, and the work they do are integral to the ecosystem that preserves, and celebrates the legacies of these modern homes.
