ABSC 2017 SPRING ROUNDTABLE SERIES IN ST. THOMAS
The 2017 Association of Black Sexologists and Clinicians Spring Roundtable Conference will be held in the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas) on April 24 & 25, 2017. It involves critical discussion and feedback about Black relationships and sexuality. Scholarly discussions may emerge from psychology, religion, education, sociology, history, philosophy, human services, communication. Presentations will be relevant and helpful to a mixed conference audience comprised of health scholars and clinicians. The roundtable forum will allow each participant to give an academic presentation and receive feedback from conference participants. We also welcome submissions that address intersectionality of other cultures.
The goal of the Roundtable Series is to have panel discussions that examine the continuum of sex and relationship research and expression.
Please keep in mind that this is Carnival Week in St. Thomas and we hope that you remain on the island for sunshine, fun, and festivities. For additional information, please visit www.theabsc.com/events or merely email email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns.
