Come join the Racial Healing, Justice, and Reconciliation Ministry, the Hartford and Southern Connecticut Chapters of the Union of Black Episcopalians, and St. Monica’s, Hartford for an afternoon of worship to celebrate the life and ministry of the Reverend Absalom Jones, the first African American to be ordained in the Episcopal Church and the founder of St. Thomas African Episcopal Church in Philadelphia.
