Body Prime Fitness is the hottest fitness organization in Dorchester, MA! We offer the opportunity to train 7 days a week with many options to chose from (Group Training Bootcamp Style, Personal Training, Partner Training, Small Group Training, Virtual Trianing, and In-Home Training Options). Our group classes target a different body group every day:
Monday: Total Body Toning (9p-10p)
Tuesday: Abs & Glutes (730p-830p)
- Abs & Glutes bootcamp focuses on exercises that target your abdominal and gluteal muscles
Wednesday: Upper Body Sculpt (9p-10p)
Thursday: Cardio Camp (6p-7p) & Abs & Glutes (830p-930p)
- Abs & Glutes bootcamp focuses on exercises that target your abdominal and gluteal muscles
Saturday: Advance Self Defense (5p-6p)
Sunday: Cardio Kickboxing (5p-6p) & Weightlifting (630p-730p)
